Payment and shipment of your Dive Video

Payment shall be made in advance, payable within 8 days via bank transfer onto my account or via Paypal, unless agreed in a different way.

After the ordering process you will receive a copy of your order and also a second email with the invoice, attached as PDF-document. This invoice includes all information about your order and also all details for bank transfer to our account. After accounting the invoice-amount you will receive a confirmation and the videos including the original invoice and the approval certification will be delivered immediately.

If you don´t receive your email including the attached invoice or quotation, please have a look in your spam-folder of your email account.

Delivery will be made in the selected video-cover as registered air mail, usually within three working days after payment. Information on delivery dates are non-binding, if no other agreements have been made in advance.

Please note that customs duty might be raised for orders delivered to countries outside the European Union.
